These terms cover your use of the Nabha Labs website and apps. They’re written to be readable; if anything is unclear, ask us at nabhalabs@gmail.com.

One-time purchase, no subscription

Nabha Labs apps are sold as a one-time purchase. You pay once and own your copy of the app — there is no recurring subscription fee to us. Prices shown are launch prices and may change for future buyers.

Bring your own key (AI features)

Some apps (Vaachak and Muneem) offer AI features that require your own API key from a third-party AI provider. You are responsible for obtaining that key and for any charges the provider bills you. Your content is sent directly from your device to your chosen provider under their terms; Nabha Labs does not receive, store, or process it, and does not mark up or resell provider usage.

On-device processing

The apps are designed to process your data on your device. You are responsible for your own backups of any content you create.

Acceptable use

Use the apps and site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the forms, or infringe others’ rights.

Warranty & liability

The apps and site are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Nabha Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including anything arising from your third-party AI provider.
