Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data the Nabha Labs website collects and how it is handled, consistent with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Our apps process your content on your device; this policy concerns the website only.
What we collect and why (purpose)
We collect data only when you choose to give it, for a specific purpose:
- Waitlist: your email address, to notify you when an app launches.
- Support & feature requests: your email and message text, to respond to you and improve the apps.
- Account (optional): if you sign in, your email, solely to let you submit and view your own feature requests.
We use cookieless analytics with no third-party trackers, so we do not build advertising profiles or set tracking cookies.
Legal basis & consent
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or sign in. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the grievance officer below.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until the relevant app has launched and you have been notified, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever is sooner. Support and feature-request messages are kept for up to 24 months to provide continuity of support, then deleted. Account data is kept while your account exists and removed on deletion request.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Limited processors help operate the site — email delivery (Resend), database and authentication (Supabase), and bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) — and process data only on our instructions. AI features in the apps use your provider key and send data directly to that provider, never through us.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, or erase your personal data, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. To make a request, contact the grievance officer.
Grievance officer
For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact our grievance officer, Praveen Kr Sinha (Founder), at nabhalabs@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve them within the timelines required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
